A project of temporary revitalization of the area of ​​the CD Projekt campus in Warsaw's Żerań.

 

The area covered by the study is a former industrial plot with post-industrial buildings adapted to the needs of the new owner. The area between the buildings was practically entirely covered with concrete paving for parking and transport purposes. Changing the functioning of the buildings required the transformation of the area to be more user-friendly. It was also about creating a space that would better communicate the nature of the activities of the new owner.

The main design assumptions are the delineation of the area intended for parking spaces and road communication, the creation of outdoor recreational spaces for employees and guests of the campus, and the expansion of green areas with the use of various plantings.

The revitalization included furnishing the area with elements of small architecture such as terraces or seats, as well as renovation of the facade. In addition to the colors of the facade, the buildings were equipped with new sunscreens, elements of visual information, but also, for example, booths for common swifts.
